| Resumen traducido: | The objective of the present degree work is to apply the basic concepts and theories of automation and pneumatics, through the construction of a prototype for the execution of a washing process of light automotive. For the elaboration of the project, it was decided to carry out the washing type 'bridge' with the intelligent module LOGO! SIEMENS, as it works with small-scale projects. It should be mentioned that in the technical project, highlights a double-acting tire without stem, whose function is to move a tower for the execution of the stages involved in the washing of the automotive. The work ended with the simulation of it. |
| Resumen : | El objetivo del presente trabajo de titulación es aplicar los conceptos y teorías básicas de la automatización y la neumática, a través de la construcción de un prototipo para la ejecución de un proceso de lavado de automotores livianos. Para la elaboración del proyecto, se decidió realizar el lavado tipo ‘puente’ con el módulo inteligente LOGO! de SIEMENS, ya que este trabaja con proyectos de baja escala. Cabe mencionar que, en el proyecto técnico, destaca un neumático de doble efecto sin vástago, cuya función es mover una torre para la ejecución de las etapas involucradas en el lavado del automotor. El trabajo concluyó con la simulación de la misma. |
