Análisis del ausentismo laboral por COVID-19 en las industrias de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Absenteeism has been a situation that over time has become a problem for industries arising from their profitability and productivity. This academic article with the theme “Analysis of labor absenteeism by COVID-19 in the industries of the city of Guayaquil”, has as its main objective to identify and know the different causes and consequences of labor absenteeism, since due to the events established in times of the pandemic, the organizations and the makeup of the companies changed, thus showing negative effects for them. To obtain this information, different tools were used with a mixed approach through surveys and interviews, in order to be able to numerically and punctually reflect the responses of the different collaborators and heads of the industries.
