Abstract

The present project aims to cover the need for process automation and economic recovery due to the covid-19 pandemic presented in the year 2020, solving this issue by developing a web platform so that the Tecnomuebles microenterprise can establish itself in the competition of online commerce, where most small businesses are already in digital media selling their products with results that favor their economy and prestige within SMEs. For the development of the web platform was implemented the XP methodology that covers 4 important phases for the project to move forward thanks to its flexibility in its life cycle, due to its very changeable work environment and that adapts to them no matter what phase of development it is in until the software is finished and delivered to the user. After the completion of the development of the web platform, it was realized that it covered the most important needs of the micro-company Tecnomuebles, creating a reliable and secure system so that the user can browse with the protection and integrity of SSL certificates that guarantee the internal protection of their data, It also has a basic SEO that will help to be found more easily in web search engines, while there is a constant flow of people visiting the web platform and finally it is worth mentioning that the data analytics was not implemented by decisions of irrelevance that had the microenterprise Tecnomuebles.
