| Resumen : | En Interlab están implementando la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera 16 Arrendamientos en el año 2021 y revisamos los efectos que esta implementación causa en sus estados financieros, utilizando las ratios financieras para poder medir el impacto en las diversas partes que integran los financieros, de la misma manera, los hallazgos encontrado permitieron observar que Interlab ha tenido que implementar cambios en su sistema integrado de contabilidad para facilitar el control y la aplicación de la normativa. Por lo que, de manera general, este proceso ha traído grandes retos para la empresa ya que, ante la adaptación de los valores alcanzados en relación con la eficiencia y el ROA se observó una disminución, mientras que las obligaciones empresariales y el ROE. |
