Abstract

The documentary of Puerto Limón deals with the problems that are affecting the parish, it is located, in the southwestern end, 30 km away. From Santo Domingo, entering by the km. 7 of the road to Quevedo, the parish goes through a premature historical ignorance that makes its own population, especially the Youngest, not know the main characters such as the founders or where the name of the parish comes from. The historical memory of the parish begins to fall into oblivion and this research is of great importance to encourage society to know the riches that the country has.
