Gestión y manejo comunitario del agua en la asociación agropecuaria Quinlata del cantón Patate

Abstract

The present systematization work tries to describe the efforts and actions carried out by the partners, for the Access of water in the Agricultural Association Quilata of the Canton Patate, in the same way an analysis of the problem and the events for the access to water from the year 2010 to present. The central focus of this systematization, that is, the proposed axis is related to the WATER ACCESS AND CONTROL MECHANISMS PROMOTED AND APPLIED BY THE ASSOCIACIÓN AGROPECUARIA QUINLATA. This work will allow knowing and systematizing how community management has led towards better social development and transformation in agricultural production for the welfare of this Association. In the systematization process, documentary sources, Association files and interviews with founding partners have been used as a methodology to obtain informative data that helps to carry out this work. Also the permanent development of general assemblies and meetings has been a significant contribution that helped for the recovery of information. The systematization of this experience seeks to contribute to the historical memory, and to the strengthening of the Quinlata Agricultural Association.
