Desarrollo de conductas prosociales en docentes de la escuela Glend Side - Fe y Alegría para prevenir prácticas asociadas al maltrato infantil en el período abril - julio del 2018

Abstract

The present work contains the systematization of the execution of the project carried out with the teachers of the School Glend Side – Hope and Joy located in the parish of Pintag which belongs to the city of Quito, with the purpose of developing prosocial behaviors in them as an alternative to the practices associated with child maltreatment, between it found: screaming, jerking, pulling ears, bad handling of anger and frustration. The information is organized in two parts. The first one details the informative data of the project, followed by the objective, the axis which allowed establishing a reference point around which the experience will be analyzed, the object of systematization that determined the specific aspects of the experience that were analyzed, the section of the methodology where the tools that were used for the systematization are explained, the key questions, the organization and processing of the information that reconstruct the experience and finally the analysis of information. The second part consists of the experience of systematization, and refers to the following points: the justification, the characterization of the beneficiaries, the interpretation in which a reflection is made of the experience as a whole to the senses, tensions or contradictions that this generated, and then the main learning achievements are analyzed.
