Propuesta de un manual de procesos basado en la ISO 9001 en el área de producción de la empresa Sanitarios Hypoo-Co S.A.

Abstract

Our work focuses on a proposed Process Manual based on ISO 9001 to the production area of "Sanitarios Hypoo-Co S.A." company. That company is dedicated to the production and marketing of sanitary porcelain, is located in the city of Cuenca. The proposal of this manual is establish a document that defines the activities to be developed by the personal in the production area, the key controls at each stage of the production process, the correct use of the resources to eliminate the problems in each of the areas, such as: confusion in activities, nonexistent established standards and waste of productive factors; always with a vision of get quality, efficient and efficacy that help to manufacture a product that carry out the expectations customer.
