| Abstract: | La presente tesis es una investigación sobre gestión integral comunitaria de quebradas analizando la experiencia de la Asociación de Cooperativas de Vivienda Alianza Solidaridad, en la que tratamos temas de participación ciudadana, gestión ambiental, riesgos; todo esto cruzando información en temas de desarrollo local, recuperación del espacio público, gobiernos locales, modelos de gestión y normativas de regulación urbana. Se realizó un levantamiento de línea base y se analiza la intervención en la Quebrada Ortega en la recuperación de la misma, identificando sus problemas y los avances de la gestión comunitaria en la mejora integral de la cobertura vegetal, mobiliario, etc. y las estrategias que se generaron para esta iniciativa ciudadana y sus resultados que motivan a la participación. |
| Translated abstract: | This investigation is about citizen participation in ravine rehabilitation, ecology, urban design, environmental administration, local development, public space recuperation, local governments, administration models and regulation laws. The principal experience is the work of Asociación de Cooperativas de Vivienda Alianza Solidaridad, a group of local neighbors around Ortega ravine who organize the rehabilitation of that space with the help of every person of the community. For that there was necessary to identify information about problems and solutions in the ravine, the rehabilitation process and the people involved in it. The analysis in the recovery of that public space had to be with the green life coverage, urban furniture and the strategies used by local government and neighbors to bring to light the citizen initiative and the results of it. |
