| Abstract: | The paper describes the theoretical analysis for the GIS viewer application development based on the three-dimensional spatial data model and its representation of space-time. The 3D/4D GIS Project Prototype Implementation on the City Hall GAD of Cuenca, select the best tools for the management of geographic resources. |
