Abstract

This article focuses on the analysis of the role of Philosophy on liberal education from an epistemological and educational perspective. Critical thinking is an attitude that encourages a person to think for himself, to be critical of the fundamental assumptions of the disciplines that guide knowledge and society. Taking on critical thinking and developing it means to instill the quest for deeper knowledge, research and wonder, as practiced by the early philosophers.
