Abstract: El maltrato y abuso sexual ejercido en contra de niños, niñas, adolescentes en la actualidad, devela la necesidad de reorientar las Políticas Públicas Sociales y los Sistemas encargados de cuidar y proteger de manera integral y respetuosa; a fin de garantizar su desarrollo integral, en el marco del respeto a sus derechos y a partir de los principios de interés superior del niño, no discriminación, equidad de género, justicia, libertad y dignidad, solidaridad y paz
Translated abstract: Abuse and sexual abuse exerted against children, adolescents today, reveals the need to refocus Public Policy and Social Systems caregivers and protect comprehensive and respectful manner; to ensure their full development, within the framework of respect for their rights and from the early interest of the child, non-discrimination, gender equality, justice, freedom and dignity, solidarity and peace
