| Abstract: | En primer lugar, se procedió a identificar los principales factores externos e internos que de una u otra forma han afectado a la educación en el país y por ende a la universidad en general; en este contexto, en el capítulo dos, se realiza los análisis del macro-ambiente, micro-ambiente y de algunas variables que directamente han afectado el normal desarrollo de la Carrera de Gerencia y Liderazgo, también se realiza una semblanza de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana analizando su Estructura Organizacional. |
| Translated abstract: | First, we proceeded to identify the key internal and external factors that one way or another has affected education in the country and therefore the university in general; in this context, in chapter two, the analysis of the macro-environment and micro-environment of some variables that have directly affected the normal development of the School of Management and Leadership is performed, a sketch of the Salesian Polytechnic University is also performed analyzing its Organizational Structure. |
