| dc.description | The training and coaching for situations of emergency is a way to use beneficially the free time of the population in the range between 15 and 19 years old, carrying out activities of solidarity and of mutual help; it is a population with self-interest and of the community to which it belongs, this population segment can qualify and train to help to the community, it has the facility of integrating into social systems of Volunteering. The project is for the community and of self assistance in the City of Quito for the prevention before the natural risks or disasters caused by man. The proposed service is non-profit, it is just “training and coaching to act before the presence of risks”, it gives attention to the need of the community that was found out in the investigation carried out and its management will be legalized in the Ministery of Public Health. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La capacitación y entrenamiento para situaciones de riesgo es la ocupación positiva del tiempo libre para la población entre 15 a 19 años de edad, con actividades de solidaridad y de ayuda mutua, es una población con intereses propios y de la comunidad a la que pertenece, este segmento poblacional puede capacitarse y entrenarse para ayudar a la comunidad, tiene facilidad de integrarse en sistemas sociales de voluntariado. El proyecto es comunitario de auto ayuda y auxilio en la Ciudad de Quito para la prevención ante los riesgos naturales o producidos por el hombre. El servicio propuesto es sin fines de lucro, es capacitación y entrenamiento para actuar ante la presencia de riesgos, da atención a la necesidad comunitaria establecida en la investigación realizada y su gestión será legalizada en el Ministerio de Salud Pública. | en_US |
