| Abstract: | En el contexto de desarrollo local se analiza la experiencia de la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Solidaria “Mushuk Sisa” de la comunidad de San Pablo Urco del cantón Cayambe, en el cual se comprueba que la Caja Solidaria es una alternativa de desarrollo local, y permite generar emprendimientos, individuales y colectivos, a la vez fortalece y distribuye la riqueza organizativa, económica, social y cultural. Donde se logró identificar las barreras y logros socio-organizativos, culturales, económicos y administrativos. En este contexto se identifica lo siguientes logros: Crecimiento del capital semillas de 1.390 a 48.667,97; el crecimiento de créditos y el monto en circulación por créditos de la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Solidaria “Mushuk Sisa”; entrega de créditos a un total 1.205 beneficiarios durante los 10 años; el 95% de las mujeres están de acuerdo que se debe mantener y fortalecer los elementos culturales; se ha logrado la legalización jurídica de la Caja Solidaria de Ahorro y Crédito Mushuk Sisa. |
| Translated abstract: | In the context of local development analyzes the experience of the Savings Credit Union Solidarity "Mushuk Sisa" of the community of San Pablo Canton Urco Cayambe, where it is found that the Solidarity Fund is an alternative local development, and ventures to generate individual and collective, while strengthening organizational and distributes wealth, economic, social and cultural. And we identified barriers and socio- organizational achievements, cultural, economic and administrative.
