| Abstract: | Este documento está organizado por cuatro capítulos: en el primer capítulo se hace referencia al Marco Teórico que hace posible entender la participación ciudadana y política en el desarrollo local, desde el aporte del movimiento indígena su el liderazgo organizativo y comunitario, como este actor interviene en el escenario nacional y local cuestionando la representatividad política y luchando por la reivindicación de sus derechos contribuyendo a crear canales formales de participación y vínculo entre el Estado y la sociedad civil, partiendo desde conceptos y propuestas de varios autores. El segundo capítulo describe brevemente la historia del Cantón Suscal, de la Organización UNOICS, Organización AINCA, Sector Urbano y del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Suscal. El tercer capítulo describe e interpreta la experiencia vivida en cuanto al proceso participativo y político impulsado por la Organización UNOICS durante los años 2009-2011 |
| Translated abstract: | This document is composed of four chapters: in the first chapter reference the Marco Theory that makes it possible to understand the citizen participation and the local political development from the contribution of the indigenous movement of organizational and community leadership, as this author intervene in the national stage and questioning the local representative and fighting for the vindication of contributing rights to create formal canals of participation and a link between the state and civil society, starting these concepts and proposals of various authors. The second chapters briefly describes the history of Canton Suscal, the organization of UNOICS, AINCA organization, Urban Sector and the Decentralized Autonomy Government of Canton Suscal. The third chapter describe and interpret the life experience as the participatory process y political momentum of the UNOICS organization during the years of 2009-2011 |
