Por la búsqueda de todas las necesidades, por el bienestar de los ecuatorianos y que toda la población más inmersa este beneficiada, en el Registro Oficial Nº 444, se publicó la Ley Orgánica de economía popular y solidaria y del Sector Financiero Popular y Solidario.
