Propuesta de integración de herramientas informáticas para la gestión del conocimiento sobre escenarios de integración empresarial

Abstract

This document describes an integration of IT tools to support the knowledge management process of two business interaction scenarios. An investigation of the different stages that this process demands was carried out, additionally several computer tools were studied to determine those that can help to overcome the different stages of the business knowledge management process. In addition, an analysis of the characteristics of the two selected scenarios was carried out: the Marketing and Sales Department, and the Human Resources Department, both belonging to the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana Sede Quito, which were delimited from the perspective of the knowledge management process, reaching the identification of the types of knowledge handled within them. It was possible to cover the process of knowledge management and respond to the business logic that characterizes each study scenario, to evaluate the possible integration options of the work tools, integrate them and execute the necessary tests to validate the quality of these integrations, the entire research and engineering process is presented in four chapters.
