Diseño de una propuesta para la estructura administrativa de las federaciones deportivas provinciales que norme el uso del gasto público

Abstract

This proposal was elaborated with the purpose of improving the budgetary allocations destined to the administrative expenditure of the Provincial Sports Federations by means of the elaboration of a Design of the Administrative Structure, which implies to determine the number of administrative personnel with their respective positions and remuneration considering all the elements that make up the structure, such as the analysis of charges, remuneration based on the current remuneration scale. In the same way, the elaborated proposal shows the methodology to be used and applied, with the indication of data collection and analysis. The design of the administrative structure was elaborated based on an analysis of the current situation of these Provincial Sports Organizations. In the same way, the design of the Structure is based on a functional Organic, the analysis of its dimensions according to its typology was also involved. The elaboration of the Design of the Administrative Structure will represent an optimization in public spending generating an increase in sports promotion in each province benefiting athletes, citizens, and the country.
