El rol de los textos escolares en el diseño y desarrollo del currículo del área de lengua y literatura en la Escuela Fiscomisional Mercedaria Patria, en tercer año de educación general básica.

Abstract

The present study is a qualitative investigation whose purpose is to observe the role of school texts in the area of language and literature in the third year of basic, according to the use of the teacher as of the students depending on the understanding of content. The methodology used consisted of the collection of information, through the observation of classes presented by the teacher in the area of language and literature. It was also done through bibliographic research from accredited sources and extensive academic precision, as well as consultation with different research experts. The main findings found were those based on the problem and the objectives that were raised at the beginning being there where it was possible to demonstrate, first that in our country there aren't investigations on the use of school texts, second it was found that teachers use this material as a replacement in their daily work to teach their classes and finally that the teacher was limited to give explicit. The work is structured in this way: first the problem accompanied by a brief description, background and importance, second is the presentation of general and specific objectives, third is the theoretical foundation, fourth is the methodology, fifth is the analysis of results, sixth is the presentation of findings, seventh the conclusions, and finally the bibliography will be shown with the annexes that were found during the analysis of this case.
