Diagnóstico sobre las principales fuentes de financiamiento, de la Fundación Guanchuro ubicada en el centro sur de Quito, 2019.

Abstract

This project presents an organizational diagnosis on the sources of financing that the Guanchuro Foundation has, allowing to establish details on the projects that it carries out; In addition, it is possible to know in greater detail the work carried out by said foundation in the country. For nine years the non-profit organization has maintained its conviction to preserve and expand the culture of our indigenous peoples; using technology as the main tool. This project is also focused on visualizing the possible causes of the foundation's lack of funding.

This work was developed by taking information from the organization's staff through interviews and field trips, as well as conversations with participants of the different workshops offered by the organization. It was observed that all those who make up the Guanchuro Foundation trust their mission and vision, and are sure that they will be able to continue their work for some years in Ecuador. It was determined that, if there are financing problems in some of the organization's projects, and that in other relatively new projects through the focus groups we conclude that there is still no good organization for the optimization of resources.
