| Resumen traducido: | This investigation focused on evaluating the additional use of the phytase enzyme inside the behavioral production process of the grilled chicken lineage Cobb500, under conditions of altitudes that were above 2,200 m a.s.l. The different levels of the additional dosages of the microbial phytase were given during the nutritional matrix of each stage of development of the bird. It was observed that the best results were obtained by utilizing a super dosage that offered; more lifetime to the production within the adherence of technical and measurable parameters. |
| Resumen : | La investigación se enfocó en evaluar la adición de la enzima fitasa en el comportamiento productivo del pollo parrillero estirpe Cobb500, en condiciones de altura sobre los 2200msnm, a la dosificación de diferentes niveles de fitasa microbiana adicionada a la matriz nutricional de cada etapa de desarrollo del ave, observándose mejores resultados al utilizar una superdosificacion al ofrecer mejor viabilidad de producción sobre parámetros técnicos medibles. |
