| Resumen traducido: | El presente trabajo es una sistematización de la experiencia obtenida en un proyecto de intervención para la conformación de un Grupo de Ayuda Mutua (GAM) especializado en víctimas de violencia, a partir de un Colectivo constituido por supervivientes de la misma y que han sido capacitadas en torno al tema, cuya finalidad es convertirse en un espacio de ayuda mutua que favorezca su empoderamiento. Se describe la importancia que tiene estos Grupos dentro de la comunidad por el espacio que otorgan, al entenderse que no siempre las personas van a tener acceso a un espacio psicológico terapéutico y que la importancia de los GAM se da a través de compartir experiencias comunes con el fin de encontrar alternativas para superar o mejorar la situación y así en cierta forma aportar a tratar rasgos psíquicos importantes que se producen por la violencia. Detalla la situación inicial del colectivo, el proceso de reconfiguración del mismo y la conformación del GAM, así como las experiencias extraídas luego de cada sesión que fueron utilizadas para analizar el proceso en torno a tres categorías fundamentales tanto para la ejecución como para la autonomía del GAM. Finalmente, se proponen conclusiones y recomendaciones acerca de todo el proceso llevado a cabo con el colectivo y que permitió la conformación del GAM incluyendo, aprendizajes, logros, errores y observaciones. |
| Resumen : | The present work is a systematization of the experience obtained in an intervention project for the conformation of a Mutual Assistance Group (GAM) specialized in victims of violence, from a Collective constituted by survivors of the same and that have been trained around the theme, whose purpose is to become a space of mutual assistance that that favors their empowerment. It describes the importance of these groups within the community for the space they provide, understanding that not always people will have access to a psychological therapeutic space and that the importance of GAM is given by sharing common experiences in order to find alternatives to overcome or improve the situation and in a certain way contribute to treat important psychic traits that are produced by violence. It details the initial situation of the collective, the process of reconfiguration of the same and the conformation of the GAM, as well as the experiences extracted after each session that were used to analyze the process around three fundamental categories both for the execution and for the autonomy of the GAM. Finally conclusions and recommendations are proposed about the whole process carried out with the collective and that allowed the conformation of the GAM including, learning, achievements, errors and observations. |
