| Resumen traducido: | El municipio de Otavalo preocupado por mejorar el nivel de vida de los habitantes del cantón Otavalo, ha implementado una serie de proyectos de índole social; uno de estos es el Diseño del relleno sanitario de Carabuela - cantón Otavalo, provincia de Imbabura, el cual tiene como finalidad el fortalecer las condiciones sanitarias y por ende ambientales de su población; este proyecto contempla el diseño, la construcción, un manejo seguro y ambientalmente sustentable y el cierre técnico de este relleno sanitario, el cual servirá como el lugar de disposición final de los residuos sólidos de la ciudad de Otavalo y de sus nueve parroquias suburbanas, además, con este proyecto se busca el optimizar los recursos municipales destinadas a la salubridad pública. |
| Resumen : | The municipality of Otavalo, concerned about improving the standard of living of the inhabitants of the Otavalo canton, has implemented a series of social projects; one of these is the design of the sanitary landfill of Carabuela - cantón Otavalo, province of Imbabura, whose purpose is to strengthen the sanitary and therefore environmental conditions of its population; This project contemplates the design, construction, safe and environmentally sustainable management and the technical closure of this sanitary landfill, which will serve as the final disposal site for solid waste from the city of Otavalo and its nine suburban parishes, as well as , with this project seeks to optimize municipal resources for public health. |
