Análisis, diseño e implementación de un sistema de control de inventario en la casa salesiana San Juan Bosco de Guayaquil.

Abstract

Currently the San Juan Bosco Salesian House doesn´t have a system of inventory control that allows register all parts and equipment that belongs to this institution for this reason it was developed a friendly system where the user can register all fixed assets In order to have a systematic and reports on hand when required control; also as a differential factor logs using custom bar codes and each asset was identified by a unique symbol that will identify over other agencies or organizations belonging to the institution work. The system requirements were based on interviews with those responsible for the organization in these interviews the absence of controls, lack of procedures and the absence of a history of transfers of units which impacts were detected when they need to locate specific equipment. In conclusion, the control system inventories reflected a great solution for recording fixed assets of the institution and develop it in a web environment facilitated access from any computer with internet, the respective information gathering was conducted and evidence were optimal.
